Return Policy

We at SettingSteel SpearGear. have a simple general policy and that  is to do anything and everything, within reason, to satisfy our clan-  we depend on you to spread the word on our SpearGear, and you depend on us to fill the cooler, we like this relationship and will always try to uphold it with you- so our Spearo Warranty Creedo is "if its our fault, we'll do you right- if its your fault, we'll work it out" It's all good!

Formal policy is:

SettingSteel Spearguns have a  lifetime transferable warranty against any malfunction due to workmanship within its intended capacity.

The gun itself is guaranteed for life against any warping or de-lamination. items not exclusively manufactured by SSSG, like Trigger mechanisms are warranted through the manufacturer against any defects or malfunctions, but we prefer you contact us first, as we may be able to get quicker results for you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our spearguns performance within the first week of purchase, you can return the speargun in "like new condition" and receive a 100% refund on the purchase price no questions asked.  If the gun is not in "like new" condition we will prorate the refund according to its condition and refund the balance. 

Holed fish have a tendency to wreak havoc on enclosed track guns, as the shaft may not clear the track, if your track/muzzle/stock is damaged due to this type situation we will repair it at a nominal fee (relative to damage)  Please contact us with any additional questions on Warranty issues.

SettingSteel SpearGear:
Defective SpearGear can be returned for replacement or repair within 30 days with proof of purchase and are limited to defects due to workmanship.  We will gladly repair or replace any SpearGear not covered under warranty at a nominal fee where applicable for as long as you own it.  Shipping is non-refundable. 
Non-defective SpearGear can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase in unused condition for a refund less a 15% restocking fee or credit for full price of purchased item. Shipping is non-refundable.

Cut to order items such as rubber tubing or line:
Cut to order items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused condition for a refund less a 30% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
